• The distillery, restaurant and garden bar is open 11am-6pm Wednesday-Sunday and until 10pm on weekends by arrangement.
• We offer venue hire for private and professional functions. Our setting is ideal to encourage 'blue-sky' thinking for corporate offsites.
• Our personalised tours are a wonderful team-building experience as we guide you through the history of the area, our story, our craft spirits and recommended pairings, we'll undertake a botanical exploration, a tour of the stills and share a little of our spirit making craft.
• The Mediterranean-inspired menu is designed to complement our craft spirits and delicious cocktails and can be tailored to group requirements.
• We offer cellar dollar sales on all of our craft spirit collection.
• The team have tour and experience packages to suit a range of budgets and timelines, however we find that once visitors arrive and see the breath-taking views and soak up our relaxed vibe that they don't want to leave!
