Collective is new, innovative and diverse. We promote ourselves as a food and hospitality agency dedicated to creating world-class experiences.

Collective is a New Zealand company, run by experienced hospitality professionals. We offer a full catering and hospitality service – from recipe generation and menu design, to delivering working lunches and catering events on location, including the provision of our hand picked staff to deliver, serve and anticipate our clients’ every need.

Our menus change with the seasons, we use fresh seasonal local produce, where possible sustainable, to enhance our menus.

Whether you are entertaining at home or at work, Collective will adapt its services to work with your specific requirements and deliver a flawless event. Our most important quality is that we ‘listen’, it is your event and your occasion. We have a unique collection of skills and experience to enhance your ideas, not work against them. Offering advice and direction where required. Our food, service and management are always sympathetic to the situation, be it a working style lunch, board meeting, client hosting or important family celebration.

We work across a number of venues in Auckland and New Zealand. Our locations extend to all Auckland Conventions Venues, Auckland Museum, Orakei Bay Venue and many other bespoke spaces across Auckland City.

Sustainability

Collective are committed to implementing a robust waste management strategy that aligns with our core values of sustainability, responsibility, and environmental stewardship. We believe or values align with the councils WMMP by incorporating waste reduction, education, resource recovery & recycling as well as continuous improvement into our strategy. We work across:

  1. Food waste reduction through menu planning & portion control, inventory management & rotation and donation 
  2. Packaging waste reduction through sustainable packaging choices, bulk purchasing and communication with suppliers around responsible packaging practices
  3. Beverage waste reduction through water conservation, sustainable beverage choices & bulk beverage dispensing systems ie coffee stations, tap beer and spirits.
